MAX was established as the premium division of Xcllusive Business Sales to address a specific gap in the market: high-quality, structured business sale services for companies valued between $5M and $50M.
We recognized that business owners in this segment were often caught between traditional business brokers who lacked the expertise for complex transactions and large M&A consultancy firms whose fee structures and approach were better suited to much larger enterprises.
Our founding team combined decades of experience in business sales, valuation, and transaction management to create a service model specifically tailored to the needs of premium business owners.
